Terms and Conditions

• OS support and restoration, if corrupted or damaged. Support of other application packages.
• Online support for any technical queries and software problems.
• On site support for hardware related problems, as & when required.
• Consultation on any issue, service and labour charges will be provided free during the A M C. Spare part will be charged at actual, not including the upgrades of the systems.
• Backup of data and documents will be mandatory responsibility of the Customer, from time to time and any loss of data will be sole responsibility of the Customer for which firm under taking A M C will not be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Virus prevention is to be taken care off by the customer.
